Listed below are details of an average week at Romsey Christian Centre as well as
Sunday Services Our services are held every Sunday at 10.30am and 6.30pm. We tend to start with a time of praise and worship, then a word is shared from the Bible. Our brand new ACTIV8 Sunday School takes place during the the morning service (your kids will love it.) Tea & coffee is served after the evening service. Home Groups We have three groups that meet every Wednesday and Thursday in people’s homes to study the Bible, pray and socialise together. They normally start about 7:45pm. Community Cafe This is a drop-in held every Friday at Romsey Christian Centre between 10:00am & 12:30pm. Feel free to pop in for a chat or a bit of company and enjoy a free cup of tea coffee and a slice of cake. Pushchair Pitstop Held every Friday at Romsey Christian Centre between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. A mums and toddlers group that is totally free. Bring your kids along and let them play with the huge amount of toys available in the vast safe play area while you just chat over a cup of tea or coffee with other mums. Youth Group A fortnightly cell group for teenagers who want to learn more about radical living for Jesus Christ. Involves food, fun and relevant Christian teaching which is intended to leave a long lasting impression in the lives of those who meet together. Monthly Meetings As well as regular weekly meetings, here is a list of the various trhings that happen on a monthly basis. Prayer Meeting – Currently held monthly on a friday at the church starting at 8:00pm. Normally held on the second Friday of each month. WOW (Ladies Meeting) – Held Monthly at Romsey Christian Centre. Theme varies from month to month. A great time where women can meet together to share common experience and grow together as Christians. Just4Men – A mens meeting held monthly at Romsey Christian Centre, on a Friday starting at 7:30pm. The particular event each month can vary but it always follows the theme of Christian men supporting each other and growing deeper in God together. Can include either a talk plus feedback or any number of great social activities. Monthly Outreach – Held monthly on a Saturday morning. A time where Christians can firstly pray together and then go out onto the streets witnessing for Christ. Please watch this space for further details in due course… We look forward to your visit…..
